1. Remarkable Underwater Human Sculptures

By combining his long-time passion for art and graffiti and his love for diving the coral reefs, Jason deCaires Taylor has since then become famous for his elaborate underwater installations. The installations and sculptures are submerged at locations off the coasts of Mexico, the Bahamas and the West Indies where Jason photographs and films the sculptures in numerous stages from the moment they are placed to months or years after that. His sculptures are made and designed using eco-friendly concrete and harbors life to the numerous plants and creatures that flourishes the sea.

If you happen to be in New York this coming weekend, Jason is having his debut solo exhibition ‘Human Nature’ at the Jonathan leVine Gallery where he will be showing selected photographs of his underwater sculptures.
